Born and raised in the Sequatchie Valley, (Whitwell, Dunlap, Jasper, Kimball, and South Pittsburg. After graduating high school, I received an associate degree in computer science (1991), I graduated from the Program of Alternate Studies through Memphis Theological Seminary (2010). I am and Ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament serving as Pastor of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church since 2008.
I attended Tennessee Real Estate Education Systems, Inc. (T.R.E.E.S) in 2021 and licensed by the State of Tennessee as an Affiliate Broker. I joined Heartland Realty and Auction Inc. located in Dunlap Tennessee in April of that same year. I am a firm believer in education, taking courses to give my clients a competitive advantage: Accredited Buyer’s Representative course (ABR), National Association of Realtors® Green Day (Green), Pricing Strategies: Mastering the Comparative Market Analysis (PSA) Certified, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certified, Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certified, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation, Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR) Certified, At Home with Diversity(AHWD) Designation, Investment Property Practice and Management, Real Estate Finance and tax issues, Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI) Designation and Master Graduate Realtor’s Institute and multiple other courses. I upgraded to a Broker’s license in 2024
My wife, Rhonda, and I have been married 14+ years and we are raising our niece and nephew, and we live in the Whitwell area of the Sequatchie Valley. Sequatchie Valley is home for us.
